How we do things
We have a very simple way of doing things.

We like clients to feel comfortable using our typing pool service, so we offer the same first short project free of charge that we offer to all of our transcription clients - except for law firms, which is up to 20 minutes of fairly clear audio for the free offer. We limit that because it will take a transcriber up to three hours to complete this, from initial listening to typing to proofreading before returning the work to you.
We work with your firm to produce work like your secretary would. This means providing us with access to template documents that you use. We understand the need for privacy and confidentiality and insist that our typists use standalone encrypted drives for each client.
